From the shop

On these scooters the tire sits on the hub motor, and the motor wires mean the wheel can't just pop off the bike. The tire has to be changed with the wheel still wired in, and the tubeless bead has to seat clean or it'll leak slow. That's why this install is priced like an e-moto tire job, not a bicycle tire.
